Kentucky Fried Crackhead

Sunday, August 19th, 2007

Aside from trying the kentucky fried chicken black pepper flavor, I watched this the other day and couldn’t stop laughing.  This is why you don’t do drugs.  If I have my camera rollin’ and your high, I’ll probably start to interview you like this.

Crack is Whack!

Then I saw this video of a huge indoor pool filled with people in Japan.  I couldn’t stop thinking about the amount of pee and poo floating around…and some little pervert grabbing boobs and ass.

This is our OOL.  Notice there is no P.   Please keep it that way.

This last week has been pretty uneventful.  I had my carpeting in my apartement ripped away to replace with tiles for Mario (my bulldog),  He seems to love it.  It’s so bright an echoe-y inside.  I’m still working on Ryan’s diary.  Too many tapes to go through and upload.  Hopefully this week i’ll be done.

I heard my dad’s song with Ryan and I  is up now on roadshow.  Has anybody seen it?  I have a different version so I can’t upload it until I get the final copy.  Probably in a day or two I’ll have it up on youtube.

I checked out Rush Hour 3 with dad last week.  Meh.  Chris tucker was pretty funny.  I was shocked to see so many people laugh throughout the film.  I figured the franchise was pretty much over from the reviews, but the HK audience seemed to really enjoy the flick.  I didn’t find it terrible and I didn’t find anything spectacular this time around.  The jokes still work from time to time, however the action sequences just aren’t special anymore.  It’s recycled and bland.  It’s strictly comedy.

Best part?  Most of them are in the trailer.

I’m your Brudda and I’m fly…that dope ain’t it?….errrm…almost but not quite.

Yup. You deserve hittin’ yourself in the head for a 25 mil paycheck.  It also keeps the jokes coming.  Sort of.

The other film I caught this week is Evan Almighty.  I guess the film ended doing poorly at the box office withough Jim Carrey this time.  Evan’s character is from the film Bruce almighty.  In this sort of a sequel, Evan has been given a task from God to build an Ark.  That’s all you need to know really.  You might cringe in some parts (cheesy dance), but to my suprise I was entertained.  The moral of the story is nice and animals were really well done.  More of a family film than a comedy.  The two films are different from one other, but Evan is worth checking out if your in a light hearted mood.  Bring along kids and family.

I would hate to work with so many animals on a movie set.  Who cleans the shit?

Now try dancing, fool!

In the gaming world. I’ve been caught off guard by two brilliant games.  I can only find tme to play them around midnight until with morning time. Doesn’t matter, cause one of them needs to be played with the lights off.  Scary stuff.

BIOSHOCK!  If you have a 360, do yourself a favor and get this game.  An Impressive first person shooter.  It’s being hailed as one of the best reviewed games ever for the xbox 360.

OUch…

This game is filled with creepy images and insane weapons.

The other game I’m playing is an rpg or Final Fantasy styled type game called BLUE DRAGON.  Same guy who did the designs of Dragon ball is invovled.  See the resemblance?  This game is good, but its going to take me years to complete.  Graphics are almost cartoon like.

Yup…just like final fantasy.  I can live with that.

"Son Goku, what are you doing in this game?"

Chipmunks and Evil 5?

So I got friends and family here and it’s really exciting to see what everyone is up to. As some of you may know, Ryan Hui is my bro.  I’ve been busy following him and filming him for his upcoming video diary’s.  Starting in August I will continue to upload footage of shows Ryan has done with some of the artist on here.

So far the experience has been a blast.  All you guys playing in the shows are fantastic and all you fans are just so supportive.  It’s quite awesome to film everything and I’m sure I’ve got some great footage.

If you checked out Ryan’ blog you can see we did work on our dad’s video recently.  Be sure to check back, because as soon as I’m allowed, i’ll put it up on youtube for you all to see.  We both participated in a rap along side with dad with a positive message.  My first real mv and upon viewing me, your eyes might go blind (I’m not quite the looker like my bro).

Check out the guy between Ryan and I.  Wonder what he’s sayin’ on the phone?  "Wat da hell?"  You could make your own caption.

Star ferry area.  I was praying for it to rain.  It’s been so hot in Hong Kong lately.  Luckily we got some clouds…but that didn’t stop the sweat from pouring down.

Prior to that I’ve only sang with dad and bro on stage.  My passion is mostly film and gaming.

I’m a sucker for movie trailers.  Whose looking forward to some epic films coming out this year?  I was shocked when I saw the trailer for

Alvin and the chipmunks.  WOAH is all I could say. hahahaha.

Any gamers out there? I’m sure seeing alot of peeps with DS mario kart battling each other.  From the staff of the shows to the bands.  I better bring mine next time.  I pretty much grew up on games, so I’m pretty unbiased and give every console and game a chance.    The E3 show wrap up was insane.  Lots of crazy games to look forward to this year!  Did you catch the latest biohazard (residient evil) 5 trailer?

YIKES! It’s like Resident evil 4 on steroids in Africa!?!?

Mario galaxy on the wii looks like it’ll bring back some crazy childhood feelings back.  Ah, good ol’ gaming.

Voltron FTW! Mario learns to swim and skate…kinda.

So I finally got to see Transformers the other week and  what a film! Pure popcorn flick.  The effects were amazing.  The story…well, you can’t expect much, slow in some parts, but overall a fun rollercoaster ride of a movie.

    Favorite part?

The fight in the city!!  Mindblowing effects!  I had to find my jaw after that.

The car chase scene.  Just look at the eyes of that decepticon.

After watching the film, news about another robot flick was announced. Voltron!! I remember when dad bought me the full toy set when i was a kid.  I can’t wait to see how this one will turn out.  CG animation or live action mix?  I just hope they don’t go too "power ranger" style on it.  Anyway, I’ll still see it. I’m all giddy now.

Voltron the movie!!  I’m crossing my fingers for "Thundercats: the movie"…I still have the battery operated sword.

I’m still workin’ on Ryan’s next diary.  It’s more of a montage.  It’s taking me forever.  I did put up on youtube a video of Ryan, Skot, Kevin and Joseph playing at the fringe club.  Check it out:

    Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OhFrSxMxEA

I’ll be putting up more clips of trips to China with plenty of interviews.  So stay tuned.

Anybody get stuck here in HK’s MTR stations during the T8?  Heard it was crazy.  Prior to the storm coming I’ve been teaching my 6 month old bulldog, Mario, how to swim.

He’ll never learn since he’s so heavy, but he enjoys chillin’ on the step.

When it’s storming I try to teach him how to sk8, but he insist on eating first.

Mario exhausted.  Still trying to pull off an ollie.

Frustrated Mario eats the board.  "Patience my boy…patience."

This last weekend I chilled watching a bunch of films with my girlfriend.  We checked out Wild Hogs.  A real fun simple weekend movie about a bunch of middle-aged men going for a motoribke ride across the country.  They screw up everything along the way.

Wild Hogs.  A surprise film that is delightful and fun to watch.

The other film we watched was a Korean one titled "200 pound beauty."  I’m a sucka for fat suit films.  This one is no different.  Predictable and cliched.  What’s noteworthy is the story of a hidden backstage singer who endures plastic surgery to win a mans heart.  Well, I guess the whole plastic surgery theme is a bit creepy and  so are the songs in this film.  Its stuck in my head…"MARIAAAAAA…AVE MARRIAAA."  It only gets more creepier seeing the dvd come with a bonus feature…the same song sung in cantonese!

Before the surgery……………………………………………………and after.  I chose this shot, cause all she does after surgery is cries and then some.  Shouldn’t  we be against plastic surgery to win hearts over?

Well to finish off the weekend I bought my gf a small toy house.  She’s totally into the japanese mini food toys.  I just want to eat them.  I had no idea the room was going to be so big!  We still have two more rooms to layout.

Would you like to come over for some dinner?

The house from a peeping tom’s point of view.  Sneaky sneaky.

WOW!  I just got done watching this trailer.  I’m a huge horror fan.  So Cannot WAIT!

HALLOWEEN: The remake.  Directed by Rob Zombie.  Yea…if you haven’t checked out "the devils reject"  you should.

If your on Xbox360 live.  Make sure you check out the demo of John Woo’s Stranglehold.  You play Chow yun fat and get to dive (Matrix style) and blow the crap out of everything.  It’s mindless yet fun and over the top.  This can only mean one thing…the full game will release soon.

Shoot him the balls!  Shoot him in the balls!

Gaming has never been so fun.
